This week we’re highlighting fresh garden produce as our star toppings, since ‘tis the season :) Helping to keep our vessels in their strongest & most impactful forms. Explore your favorite fresh organic produce & herbs, pair with cheese of your choosing & whatever sauce your heart desires. We stand firmly in self love when providing ourselves with optimal fuel.

Our “therapy” token of today falls right into this concept of providing ourselves optimal fuel. Life is simply a series of choices, one’s that create our reality. Let us find motivation in like minded community to push ourselves & each other to live our best lives.

4. Get physical… in however way you are feeling in the moment 

5. Seek out sunlight!!!!

6. Read a positive/inspirational quote that resonates in your soul 

7. Eat a healthy meal in connected appreciation 

8. Wiggle your body to keep energy flowing properly in stuck moments 

9. Take a multivitamin/ supplements, supporting physical & emotional health
